Company of Nepalese Investors Limited (CONIL) is a collective initiative established by a group of visionary individuals who share a common goal of fostering prosperity and productivity through investment.
Our objective is to provide a platform for Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs), returnees, and Nepal based investors to mobilize their small to medium-scale capital into secure and productive ventures. Through this approach, we aim to transform investors into entrepreneurs by integrating their experience, expertise, and financial resources for sustainable economic growth. CONIL is founded on the principle that collective investment is not only a means of financial empowerment but also a pathway toward national development and inclusive prosperity.

Our Mission
Our mission is to invest in secure and profitable business sectors such as Agriculture, Education, Tourism, Real Estate, Information Technology, Hospitality, Energy, and Industry — either as a strategic investment company or as a self-promoting enterprise. We are equally committed to promoting and producing high-quality Nepali products for both domestic and international markets. By leveraging the skills, knowledge, and resources acquired abroad, CONIL seeks to contribute to Nepal’s sustainable development through investment-driven innovation, job creation, and knowledge transfer.
Our Vision
CONIL envisions becoming a leading platform for collective investment, driven by the collaboration of Nepalis worldwide. The majority of our promoters and investors come from abroad, bringing with them diverse expertise, exposure, and resources — our core strengths in building a globally competent investment company. We aim to involve at least 1,500 Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs), 200 returnee investors, and 300 Nepal-based investors in our initiative. This extensive participation will enhance fund mobilization, optimize resource utilization, and expand the market for Nepali products and services. Our ultimate vision is to contribute to the creation of a self-reliant, innovative, and prosperous Nepal through collective and strategic investment. We Create employment opportunities, we Promote and preserve agriculture and rural development, we Support Nepali products and introduce them to international markets and we develop eco-villages to minimize internal migration.
